Experience An Interactive Light Installation & Holiday Events at Manhattan West!
This holiday season, gather around Island of Warmth by ATOMIC3, Manhattan West’s newest public art installation, an electrifying urban campfire comprised of 220 light bulbs that flicker and come to life in response to spectators’ presence and movements. On select Wednesdays from 5-7 PM, enjoy live performances, photo ops, and special treats around the campfire. All programming is free and open to the public!
LIGHT INSTALLATION: Island of Warmth by ATOMIC3 is on view from December 4, 2024 – January 8, 2025, on Manhattan West Plaza (located at 385 9th Avenue, between 31st & 33rd Streets in Midtown.

Three NYC-based dance companies use Island of Warmth as their backdrop, making the art installation soar and swirl in amazing ways. Curated by Works & Process. - December 11 | Caroling Around the Campfire

Musical group Brooklyn Klezmer Trio Plus will get everyone dancing the hora around Island of Warmth. -
